PizzaVPN chose FastSpring as the payment processor. On a rare occasion the payment processor fails to renew the subscription. This can happen due to do different circumstances, such as:
- A failed call back from FastSpring
- Expiry of the the Payment Method (i.e.: Credit or Debit Card)
- Lack of Payment Method defined by the user
In order to quickly resolve the issue, we strongly advise you to contact our support team to analyse the case. You will need to send us the information abut the subscription ID and the order ID provided by FastSpring. When you buy a subscription with us, FastSpring sends you the link where you can manage your profile (including the option to change the payment method). We strongly advise to login to FastSpring with the given link (sent your email address we hold on file), and verify your information there.
PizzaVPN does not hold any customer Credit nor Debit Card data on our system.
